CERAMIC SECTOR:
At an important porcelain stoneware manufacturer, supply and installation of two screening units for control sieving of slurry, above the storage tank, with 2 units of VBM 2000 1/X.
The plant, designed by Vibrotech, includes the slurry adduction pipes and the unloading hoppers for the good product and the waste.
The sieves were supplied with pneumatic lifting covers and an automatic mesh cleaning system to minimize operator interventions and maximize the yield of the devices.
The assembly of the machines and their accessories was entirely handled by Vibrotech.
