The device, with a diameter of 800 mm, has a truncated cone lid with cyclonic inlet; the oversize drain is circular and through, to further facilitate cleaning operations.
The parts in contact with the product have a shot peened and passivated finish, white food grade gaskets. The Atex certification of the motor has also been provided.
