Supply of the removal system from the slip with permanent magnets, model DEMOVER 800 PLUS, to an important ceramic material manufacturer.
The machine benefits from the high power of the neodymium magnets installed inside the roller, as well as the advantage of automatic cleaning of the same by washing with water, guaranteeing its efficiency over time without the need for intervention by the operators. Thanks to the 800 mm wide roller, it is able to iron-free up to 36,000 liters of slip per hour.
A magnetic channel installed at the waste water outlet retains the captured impurities, avoiding their recirculation in the production process.
